Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Done Maestro (the “Service”), operated by Purplo Consulting Inc. (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Beta service

Done Maestro is currently in beta. The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, may contain bugs, may change or be discontinued, and data may occasionally be reset. It is free during your trial period; paid subscriptions may apply afterward, with notice.

2. Your account

You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and are responsible for activity under your account. You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction.

3. Acceptable use

Don’t misuse the Service: no unlawful content, no attempts to breach security or disrupt the Service, no infringing others’ rights, and no automated abuse.

4. Your content

You own the content you put into Done Maestro. You grant us only the limited rights needed to host and operate the Service for you. We don’t sell your content.

5. Feedback

If you send feedback or suggestions, you allow us to use them to improve the Service without obligation to you.

6. Payments

When billing applies, payments are processed by Stripe; you authorize the charges shown at checkout. During beta we do not charge without your action. Taxes may apply.

7. Disclaimers & liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided without warranties, and our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior 12 months (or, during a free beta, a nominal amount). We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms; material changes will be communicated. Continued use means you accept the updated Terms.
